Balwin Real Estate

Balwin homes for sale range from 1918 to 2018 with the majority of real estate listings built in the sixties. Originally this part of Northgate was known as Packingtown because most of the families who lived here at that time worked at the nearby meatpacking plants. The name Balwin is derived from a combination of the names of two early property owners, Frank Ball, and Luke Winterburn.
