Northgate Properties

Northgate Edmonton homes for sale are a mix of larger properties, townhouses, duplexes and bungalows. Real estate listings in the Northgate area are mature affordable middle class homes with 4 and 5 bedrooms and larger backyards. Northgate homes for sale were constructed in the mid-1950s to the late 1980s. Several of these 4 bedroom properties feature in-law suites, making them great revenue properties.
