Delwood Real Estate

Delwood homes for sale are mature houses with large backyards, which make them an excellent location to build new duplexes in north Edmonton, Northgate area infills, larger detached houses or an additional garden suite. There are two schools whose language programs include French immersion and are close to the Belvedere LRT Station. Delwood has existed since the early 1900s and was likely named in honor of Edward Delegare Grierson, a prominent landowner, and politician.
