Summerside homes for sale come with an annual Homeowner Association Fee, based upon the proximity of the community beach and Walker. Real Estate in this part of the Orchards began construction in the early 2000s and is now complete. Summerside properties are hot! Especially in the summertime with the close proximity to the Summerside lake and beachfront. It is also known for its reputable builders.
