Orchards Real Estate

Homes for sale in the Orchards are great investments! This southeast Edmonton community is best known for its man made lake which offers beachfront houses in Summerside. Other neighborhoods include Charlesworth, Decoteau, Ellerslie,  Summerside, The Orchards At Ellerslie, Walker and the upcoming communities of Mattson, Meltwater, and Alces. The Orchards is popular with young professionals and families which offers a Club House run by the community's Resident Association. Living in one of these southeast Edmonton homes offers enjoy nearby fun and programming such as fitness classes, musical theatre, sports and art programs.

Orchards real estate began constructed at the turn of the century with the exception of a few hidden acreages in Decoteau. In Both Ellerslie and Summerside, you will find a surplus of townhouses and row homes for sale in the Orchards. Half duplexes will range in price from $350,000 in Charlesworth to $600,000 in the Orchards at Ellerslie.

Walker is a great place to purchase detached houses with ample green space, walking trails and close to Corpus Christi Catholic Elementary/Junior High School.
