Meadows Real Estate

The Meadows homes for sale are located in far southeast Edmonton. It is a newer district with real estate still under development. House prices in the Meadows are very reasonable, and it is a great place to purchase detached houses for first-time buyers or if you are looking to stretch your dollar with a newer house that has more square footage. Each Meadows community is named after a plant, flower, or tree native to Alberta.

There are seven neighborhoods in the Meadows—Aster, Larkspur, Laurel, Maple Crest, Silver Berry, Tamarack, and Wild Rose. Amberwood Village is the only 55-plus bungalow duplex retirement complex in the Meadows located in Larkspur, which is the oldest community.
