Beaumaris is a mature residential neighbourhood in Castle Downs, northwest Edmonton, with development beginning in the 1970s and continuing primarily through the 1980s and 1990s. The 2021 Census recorded about 3,761 residents, with approximately 31% aged 65 and over, giving Beaumaris an older population profile than Edmonton overall.
