Griesbach homes for sale are in a community unlike any other. It is bounded by 153 Avenue, 97 Street, and Castle Downs Road Griesbach was the original site of our Canadian national defense facility, developed in the 1950s and housed our military personnel in the north! Griesbach real estate listings are the most south-after homes in north Edmonton Newcastle District. Houses prices in Griesbach vary from home to home, but keep in mind, with all of its amenities, this is one of the cities best luxury northwest Edmonton communities. 

You will not find the same house side by side and the builders must complete the front landscaping along with the mandatory front yard tree.
