Aspen Gardens homes for sale will be nestled away from major roads, surrounded by the beauty of the Whitemud Creek Ravine near Royal Gardens. These Kaskitayo houses were constructed in the late sixties and early seventies with the majority being oversized bungalows and split levels. Several Aspen Gardens houses are executive properties overlooking the ravine, offering fantastic views year-round and were designed to appeal to individuals and families in search of a quiet, affluent south community. Aspen Gardens offers exclusive pool use and community swims, summer greens shack for the kids, drop-in shinny hockey in the winters, and the Little Aspen Playschool Society, a parent-run, non-profit playschool.

Aspen Gardens  houses were built in the 1960s and 1970s as an escape for residents who loved the city but needed someplace quiet to get away and required larger than average sized lots to build luxury estates on for the buyer. Aspen Gardens has never been very commercially focused which is part of its appeal. The larger lots provide room for spacious tree lined streets perfect for our snowy winters.
