Allard Real Estate

Allard homes for sale are located in the far south Heritage Valley, bounded by Callaghan and James Mowatt Trail in southwest Edmonton. Real Estate in Allard is a mix of residential properties are built in 2010 and later. Most of the condos are apartment-style with underground parking on Adamson Drive. Allard is one of the few areas where you can find newer detached bungalows and several houses with triple garages. The most expensive homes here have been known to top out over $8 million.
