The majority of duplexes for sale in west Edmonton are newer properties with front attached garages located in near Winterburn road in  Granville, The Hamptons, Rosenthal And Secord. In Inglewood, Prince Charles and Westmount areas, many of the houses have now been replaced with infill duplexes. The most desireable and most sought after place to purchase a west Edmonton duplex is in Gariepy near Wolf Willow.
