Scona offers residents a place to live in our city without having a need to own a vehicle while enjoying the ample amenities and nearby nightlife. Scona encompasses four neighborhoods, which are Strathcona, Garneau, Queen Alexandra, and McKernan.

This south-central part of Edmonton is best known for the University of Alberta, Old Strathcona Farmers' Market, Ronald MacDonald House, High Level Bridge Streetcar, and Laurence Decore Lookout along Saskatchewan Drive.
