Scona offers residents a place to live in our city without having a need to own a vehicle while enjoying the ample amenities and nearby nightlife. Scona encompasses four neighborhoods, which are Strathcona, Garneau, Queen Alexandra, and McKernan.

This south-central part of Edmonton is best known for the University of Alberta, Old Strathcona Farmers' Market, Ronald MacDonald House, High Level Bridge Streetcar, and Laurence Decore Lookout along Saskatchewan Drive. It is only a bike ride away from Kinsmen Sports Centre, Queen Elizabeth Outdoor Pool, Skyline Beach, the Walt Jr./LRT bridge river valley loop, and so much more.
