Homes for sale in Riverdale are located next to Dawson and Louise McKinney Riverfront Park south of the Downtown core.

The Riverdale district encompasses the Boyle Street, Wîhkwêntôwin, Downtown, Mccauley, Riverdale, and Rossdale neighborhoods. Wîhkwêntôwin was originally known as Oliver. This community mostly provides low-rise and highrise apartments for new home buyers. With only a few houses available, they sell fast once they hit the market.
