Rideau Park residential real estate and homes for sale are located in a quiet neighborhood with the petrolia small strip mall located in the heart of this community. Living in Rideau Park is all about convenience with quick and easy access to, Southgate, Century Park LRT and South Edmonton Common. The majority of real estate listings in Rideau Park will be condos. There are a few commercial properties that come up for sale or lease every once in a while.

The majority of Rideau Park houses were constructed during the 1970s although there was another large development in the 1990s. Residential dwellings makes up about two-thirds of the community. The dominate residential structure in Rideau Park are apartment style condominiums.
