Potter Greens homes for sale are less than five minutes to Costco, River Cree Resort Casino, and West Edmonton Mall. Real estate listings consist mainly of single-family detached dwellings mixed with a few two-story properties and split levels constructed after 1990 in Potter Greens. It is bordered by Suder and Webber Greens Drive near the Lewis Estate golf course and named after Sam Potter, an early pioneer who ran a dairy business in the Winterburn area until 1948, then donated his land for a new community church by Breckenridge. Less expensive Potter Greens houses are located on Pearson Crescent and most expensive Potter Greens houses are near Picard Drive and Proctor Wynd.
