The community has a relatively older population, with approximately 24% of residents being seniors, compared with about 14% across Greater Edmonton. Children aged 0 to 14 account for about 13% of residents, while the median age is approximately 47. Meadowlark Park is also predominantly owner-occupied, with about 84% owning their properties. The neighbourhood has a diverse population, with immigrants making up nearly 24% of residents and Chinese and Filipino communities representing notable portions of the population.
Real estate in Meadowlark Park is characterized by established bungalow style houses, mature streets and a strong concentration of single-detached houses.
