Haddow is a triangle-shaped community bounded by Anthony Henday Drive.

Haddow is a upscale community in southwest Edmonton and features a large central park area and trails that connect with the river valley. Real estate construction in here began after 1995 and houses are built on well-sized lots with beautiful landscaping. Haddow house prices start in the mid-$400,000s and range upwards of $1,000,000 or more. Duplex and townhouse prices start at about $300,000 and condo prices start around $200,000. Almost 80% of homes in Haddow are detached houses, but there are also some duplexes, townhouses, and apartments.
