Grovenor homes for sale feature 1949 charter houses and newer duplexes to a few luxury properties with chef's kitchens, outstanding cabinetry, and spacious bedrooms. There is one apartment high rise called Grovenor Manor on 144 street. This is an older community, originally called Westgrove. Located in west central Edmonton, Grovenor residents have easy access to Westmount Mall, the downtown core, and the commercial services along Stony Plain Road, but the main highlight is the spectacular McKinnon Ravine. Real estate here is changing. Not too long ago it was where "everyone" wanted to live with the affordability and the quick access to the downtown core. Grovenor, next to Glenora has experienced major real estate development for many of these old 1910 bungalows which have been torn down and replaced by newer half duplexes. Grovenor houses are hot and finding one which already has been refurbished is a great find. Properties here can range from $200,000 semi-bungalow Grovenor houses to miliion dollar properties for a custom single detached.
