Houses in Cromdale

Most Cromdale homes for sale are high and low rise apartment condos. Today Cromdale and the rest of  east north Edmonton have few houses left, but for decades, it was a predominantly detached houses. Cromdale real estate listings offer highrises on Jasper Avenue to charcter houses close to the downtown core.. During the sixties, transportation linkages spurred a second major real estate development phase in this part of Highlands and many of the houses in west Cromdale were replaced with higher density apartments.
