Houses in Blue Quill

Blue Quill homes for sale feature a mix of real estate with several condominiums near Saddleback road in to move-up single-family detached houses with attached garages built in the late seventies and early eighties. Blues Quill Estates real estate are upper scale and move up properties. This Kaskitayo neighborhood offers plenty of things to do for the children with an active community league, elementary school, and a large playground park. There are also a few restaurants and retail services in this south Edmonton community.

Blue Quill Estates is located on the most western portion of Kaskitayo. It is divided into two sections - Blue Quill and Blue Quill Estates. Outline Plan.Development of houses first began in the early 1970s. You'll find older homes in Blue Quill Estates, mostly in the 70s, where higher-end homes back into the ravines.
