Belmont Real Estate

Half of Belmont homes for sale are residential detached houses and several of these east north Edmonton properties back onto the Kennedale Ravine near Hermitage. Two of the largest Belmont condominium complexes are the Chelsea Greene lowrise apartments and Clareview Village row homes. Belmont has two distinct real estate development periods and is known locally for the presence of the Rehabilitation Centre and the historic Belmont drive-in theatre.
