Belgravia Real Estate

Belgravia owes its existence to the vision of Richard Grosvenor, the 2nd Marquess of Westminster. In the 1820s, he sought to develop the extensive marshland and fields on his London estate into an upscale residential area. The only townhouses in Belgravia are located in Grand Scala. There are a few great investment duplexes steps away from the university with infill duplexes containing separate entrances and rough-ins for future suite development next to the Belgravia LRT. 

This district in south central Edmonton consists of the Windsor Park, Belgravia, Grandview Heights, and Lansdowne neighborhoods. Residential real estate here is 90% single-family dwellings. Grandview Heights was built on land that had been owned in the 1880s by a family named McCauley.
