Houses in Parkdale

Parkdale homes for sale are located near the downtown core in the Alberta Ave area. It is a mature community with roughly four out of ten houses constructed by the end of World War. Parkdale real estate listings consist of many, many rental properties. Over the last few years, builders have been replacing older Parkdale houses with new builds, forwarding the revitalization of Edmonton's real estate market. Parkdale is part of old Norwood beside Eastwood which offers several duplexes and a few townhouses to choose from when purchasing a property here.
