Houses in Parkallen

Parkallen homes for sale are situated a few minutes from the University Campus. Most Parkallen real estate listings will be detached houses near Southgate. Most of the residential real estate in Parkallen took place right after the Second World War and in the early 1960s. Parkallen was originally known as Beau Park and Bridge Land. The name was changed in 1945 by a majority vote of the residents. At that time, about 80% of all residential prperties were single family houses. Today, portions of Parkallen now have commercial establishments which make life easier for residents.
