Houses in Canon Ridge

Canon Ridge homes for sale are mostly small detached houses and townhouses, on attractive curving streets, extremely popular with younger families in Hermitage near Overlanders. Canon Ridge houses will be constructed from different time periods - the eighties and early 2000s. Land development was held up in this part of northeast Edmoton during the sixties while government officials and developers addressed concerns about residential properties too near the industrial plants in the vicinity. By 1970 these concerns were resolved, and building began. Canon Ridge is next to Hermitage Park and offers a Stocked trout fishing pond, the river valley, a very large green space, and walking trails.
