About West Edmonton  Properties

West Edmonton real estate is divided into eight main areas. Starter properties, townhouses and smaller more affordable west Edmonton homes for sale are located by Callingwood and West Edmonton Mall. The bungalow style properties here are priced perfectly for first time buyers! 

The most expensive real estate and luxury homes are located in Wolf Willow, Gariepy, and Glenora districts. Properties range from hidden country residents to executive new builds. Wolf Willow is a mature sought-after, upper-scale area with real estate listings nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Schools in west Edmonton are mostly a mix of both public and catholic kindegarden to high schools. Plus vocational educatial institutes - CDI College, Anderson Career Training, Excel Academy.
