About Northeast Edmonton  Properties

Northeast Edmonton real estate consists of more affordable homes. It is a mix of older bungalows, several townhouse condominiums and recently built two-story properties. It is bordered by the Anthony Henday North and offer residents both newly constructed neighborhoods with storm water lakes to water amenities in the far east, northeast. Real estate in the northeast is divided into eight main districts.

Hermitage and Beverly are located in far central east, northeast.. This is one of the least expensive places to purchase northeast Edmonton homes for sale and a great place to raise a family. It offers quick access to the downtown core and is minutes away from Hermitage park where you can fish, picnic, walk the ravine trails and enjoy the outdoors.

Houses near Northgate and Londonderry Malls are constructed in the 1970's. This is another great place to purchase for rental purposes or families who want more space at a lower price per square foot.This area consists of mostly bungalow style houses that are perfect for adding basements suites for rental income. 

The northeast is best known for the Clareview district. Here you will find houses and homes built from the 1960s to the 1990s. Real estate here is diverse from cheap townhouses and apartments to average sized properties with bigger bedrooms and back yards to multi-million dollar homes. 

Highlands is probably the most diverse residential real estate with Multi-million dollar historical mansions to cute war-time semi bungalows. This is another great place to invest for affordablity and the neighborhood revitalization forecast.

Pilot Sound and the Lake District are the most popular places to purchase northeast Edmonton homes for sale. These are newer dwellings and new builds minutes from CFB Garrison. These northeast communities feature storm water ponds, where you can take an evening walk and watch the birds on the glistening water.
