Houses in Keheewin

Keheewin homes for sale will be built in the 1980s with detached houses as the predominant type of dwelling. This part of our city is sometimes called "Yellowbird". Similar to other Century Park communities, Keheewin real estate listings vary in price from very affordable to our luxury home mark. Living in Keheewin houses offer residents easy access to Kinsmen Twin Arena, Century Park Light Rail Transit Station with a quick commute to the University, Downtown core, and South Edmonton Common.

Keheewin is situated south of Ermineskin and was named after Chief Keheewin who was part of the Keheween First Nation. In the language of Cree, the name Keheewin means ‘Eagle’. It is in the same community as the Century Park’s Light Rail Transit’s line extension.

Real estate developement in ranges from 1970-1990 and single family Keheewin houses account for about 49% of the Keheewin homes. The remainder are mostly townhouses or duplexes. There are several parks and amenities located in Keheewin including the Kinsmen Twin Arena sports facility and Keheewin Elementary School.
