Allard homes for sale are located in the far south Heritage Valley, bounded by Callaghan and James Mowatt Trail, south of Ellerslie. Real Estate in Allard is a mix of residential properties are built in 2010 and later. Most of the condos are apartment-style with underground parking on Adamson Drive.
