The Queen Mary Area use to be some of central Edmonton's best real estate buys. Today a large portion of the character houses have been replaced with skinny houses and infill properties in central Edmonton. In Blatchford is a slowly developing neighborhood and once complete, will be an enviromently friendly central Edmonton district. Queen Mary neighborhoods are Blatchford, Central Mcdougall, Prince Rupert, Queen Mary Park, Spruce Avenue and Westwood.
