About Northeast Edmonton Properties

There are eight districts in northeast Edmonton bordered by Anthony Henday, north of the Yellowhead, and east of 97 Street. These districts are Horse Hill, Pilot Sound, Steele Heights, Lake District, Highlands, Hermitage, Clareview, and Beverly. If beginning your real estate journey is all about price. This part of the city has some of the least expensive apartments and townhouses awaiting first-time buyers and investors.

Northeast Edmonton homes for sale range vastly in age, price, style, and diversity, from historical wartime character houses to recently constructed dwellings. This is the best place to live for our military members with a quick commute to CFB Garrison.

Horse Hill is a new residential development currently selling 2026 houses, duplexes, and townhouses in Quarry Ridge and Marquis. Highlands is probably the most diverse place to find homes for sale in northeast Edmonton, with multi-million dollar historical mansions to cute war-time semi-bungalows.
