Lendrum Real Estate

Homes for sale in Lendrum are centrally located south of the University of Alberta between Belgravia Road and Calgary Trail in real estate zone 15. Neighborhoods include Lendrum Place, Malmo Plains, Pleasantview, Empire Park, Parkallen, and Allendale. 

Both Parkallen and Allendale are mature, established communities with plenty of charm and an abundance of green space. Properties here reveal the beginning of Central Edmonton's real estate journey in 1912.
