Kernohan homes for sale and real estate listings are in Hermitage close to Canon Ridge. Kernohan is named for an early pioneer farmer who operated a grocery store here in the 1880s. These east north Hermitage properties consist of a residential mix of houses and townhouses, lowrise condos, "cookie-cutter" houses, mosaic properties, duplexes, houses with brick archway entrances, and more.  Some Kernohan houses run along River Point and 22 Street back onto the River Valley Green Space and Dog Park. There are usually a few 2+2 bedroom bi level houses for sale in  Kernan with oversized double garage in River Point conveniently located close to Victoria trail, Schools, Walmart, Costco, Superstore and some wonderful restaurants.
