15. Hermitage

Hermitage is located in central northeast Edmonton and is a great neighborhood to live in. It is well know for Hermitage Park which offers boating, fishing, off-leash dog area, picnic sites, walking and cycling trails and of course the river valley.

This neighborhood is often overlooked to to the aging of properties, however it is very affordable and a great place to invest when you are begining your real estate journey. The majority of dwelling are mature single family detached bungalows constructed in the 1970's with big back yards, back alley access and double detached garages, making Hermitage one of the best places to live and invest.
