Windsor Park was once owned and farmed by the family of Allan Omand, a famous Edmonton landowner. The name “Windsor Park” given to the neighbourhood by a syndicate of English businessmen, who purchased the land with the goal of urban development in mind, back in 1912.   Windsor Park home owners enjoy beautiful park lands and stunning views of the River Valley. Approximately 93% of all properties are single-detached houses, while the remaining 7% are duplexes.
