This community is best known for Catholic churches and Filipino families.


Homes in Lewis Estates are a mix of more mature houses which were constructed near the turn of the century and newer smaller houses and duplexes. The older part of Lewis Estates was built for retired couples with ample walking trails and several properties back onto the beautiful golf course. The newest part of this community was developed during our last real estate boom and was popular with a younger professional demographic. Lewis Estates is located on the edge of West Edmonton, north of the Whitemud and south of West Big Lake. These communities include Breckenridge Greens, Potter Greens, Rosenthal, Secord, Stewart Greens, Suder Greens, and Webber Greens.


Currently, Meadowlark also referred to as "Jasper Place" is the best place to purchase a home in West Edmonton for future profit and current residual income. Here you will find mostly bungalow style houses with backside entrances making these the perfect type of dwelling to add basement suites and pay down that mortgage faster. These West Edmonton homes are affordable and there are plenty to choose from in the communities of Elmwood, Glenwood, Jasper Park, Lynnwood, Meadowlark Park, Sherwood, West Jasper Place, and West Meadowlark Park.


The Glenora area is all about the luxury lifestyle surrounded by beautiful ravines, green space and close to the old Royal Alberta Museum, historical Alberta Government House, Valley Zoo and /span>the downtown core. Thorncliffe is walking distance to West Edmonton and when developed, there were a few mistakes thus some of the houses in Thorncliffe have detached garages in there front yards. Terra Losa is west Edmonton's condo city where there are no houses. The majority of houses in Belmead have massive back yards, larger than average bedrooms and plenty of storage space.
