Prime University: Southwest Edmonton Properties

The University of Alberta is located in southwest Edmonton, south of the downtown core, bounded by Saskatchewan Drive. University homes are prime real estate. Over the last few years, several of the original charter houses and pre-war semi-bungalows have been replaced with newer infill homes, many with separate suite entrances, adding the option of residual rental income.
