Twin Brooks is the newest community in Kaskitayo Ravine district and a popular place to live in southwest Edmonton nestled away from the busy streets. Twin Brooks homes are mostly larger two-storey properties with prices ranging from average Edmonton house prices to luxury home prices. House prices in Twin Brooks are based largely on the proximity to the Whitemud and the Blackmud Creek ravines. There are a few newer duplexes in this community and fewer condominiums.
