Riverbend located in central southwest Edmonton is divided into nine communities - Brander Gardens, Brookside, Bulyea Heights, Carter Crest, Falconer Heights, Henderson Estates, Ogilvie Ridge, Ramsay Heights and Rhatigan Ridge. Riverbend houses range from move-up properties to luxury houses to a few historically elite executive homes nestled near Fort Edmonton. Riverbend even has its own walking trail map brochure.
