Heritage Valley

The mature portion of Heritage Valley is located in far south Edmonton in real estate zone 55. These Heritage Valley homes were constructed after 1990 and feature more residential and commercial development in the communities of Blackburne, Blackmud Creek, Callaghan, Hays Ridge, Heritage Valley Town Centre, MacEwan, Richford, and Rutherford.
