The Northmount area, also known as "Dickinsfield" encompasses a large portion of northeast Edmonton engulfing the communities of Balwin, Delwood, Evansdale, Glengarry, Kildare, Kilkenny, Killarney, and Northmount. This part of our municipality is bounded by 97 and 66 Street, Yellowhead and 153 Avenue. Northmount area homes for sale were mostly built from 1960 - 1980. Although this sector of our municipality has no river valley access, it does offer several shopping amenities with the three malls - Northmount, Northgate and Londonderry.
