Pilot Sound is a residential district in the northeast portion of the city established in 1981 through Edmonton City Council's adoption of the Pilot Sound Area Structure Plan. Pilot Sound & Northeast Edmonton Homes

Brintnell is located along 167 Avenue, 50 Street and Manning Drive in Pilot Sound. Real estate development in this part of our city happened after the turn of the century with several of the houses constructed during the last real estate boom in Edmonton. Brintnell homes are smaller houses and backyards perfect for our military members, only a fifteen-minute commute to CFB Garrison.
