North Edmonton Real Estate

North Edmonton homes for sale are located in real estate zones 01 and 02. Here you can find houses dating back to the early 1900s, basementless bunglaows and two-storeys with 5 and 6 bedrooms. North Edmonton is a great place to make real estate investments. It housing many renters and features ample bungalows to add additional basement suites for more residual income.

The best part of buying a home in the north is the lot sizes, back alley access, oversized garages and the affordablity of a larger home for a lesser price. Many of these north homes will feature RV parking.

Neighborhood Features in North Edmonton

There are two shopping centres in north Edmonton - Northgate and Northtown Mall which offer all professional services from Alberta Health Services to optometrists. This part of the city is known as "Dickinsfield".
