NAIT Real Estate

Real estate near the northern institute of technology - NAIT is a great place to make investments. It is in another prime location for investors near the up and coming environmental and energy-efficient homes in Blachford, minutes from the downtown core, Kingsway and great for student rentals who attend the learning facility. A large portion of real estate near NAIT consists of walk-up apartments and low-rises. However, there are still a few hidden gems - character houses- among these condominiums.

NAIT - North Edmonton Houses & Homes

Central McDougall is located immediately north of the downtown core in central Edmonton near the Royal Alexandra Hospital, NAIT, Prince of Wales Armory, and Victoria School of Performing and Visual Arts. Houses and homes for sale in Central McDougall are very affordable and make great real estate investments for rental purposes and future redevelopment.

Westwood also in north-central by Yellowhead Trail, 106/107 Street, and 118 Avenue. The municipal airport is to the west, while the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology- NAIT and Kingsway Mall are to the southwest. The most common property type are low-rise apartment buildings. Detached houses and duplexes account for about a quarter of the residences. The former H. A. Gray School is located in the centre of Westwood, built-in 1913 and features a finish of red brick and Bedford stone which is now closed but leased it to the NAIT.

The NAIT area is centrally located north of the downtown core bordered by the Yellowhead, 97 street and 111 Avenue. It is bisected by Kingway Avenue and the Northern Institute of Technology.

The NAIT area has many amenities in addition to the Northern Institute of Technology. These include Kingway Mall, Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital, Airways Park and is a quick commute to the downtown core and Oliver shopping district.


Communities:


NAIT communities are the future energy efficient neighbourhood of Blatchford. Plus the inexpensive Central Mcdougall, Spruce Avenue and Prince Rupert. And the sought after Queen Mary Park and Westwood.


Real Estate:


Real estate investments near NAIT are always a great buy. This is an area for long term investments. Properties here hold their value due to the surrounding amenities and will be one of the best investments for future holdings as our city becomes denser with the nearby infills. House prices here range from the $200,000s well into the $700,000s.
