Lewis Estates Communities

Breckenridge Greens is located in Lewis Estates adjacent to the golf course in West Edmonton. It is bounded by Winterburn Road, Lewis Estate Boulevard, Whitemud, and Suder Greens Drive. Most Breckenridge, Lewis Estates homes for sale were constructed after 1990 and consists of two-story and larger bungalow-style houses.


Glastonbury is a rectangular-shaped community in far West Edmonton and forms part of the Grange. It is situated between Lewis Estates and Granville near the River Cree Resort and Casino. Glastonbury features a large green space, the beautiful Guinevere Park, and an elongated walk trail.


Granville is the furthest west in the  Grange, bound by 215 Street, and is the newest of the three communities. It offers several stores and nearby commercial services offering Granville homeowners shopping conveniences.


Hamptons is closer to the new Riverview district. The main road which curves east to the north in the Hamptons is Hemingway Road. Secondary Roads include Hope, Hodgson, 48, and 56 Avenue. Hamptons, Grange homes for sale are located in a family-focused community with mostly detached houses.


Potter Greens is bound by Suder and Webber Greens Drive. Houses in Potter Greens were one of the first be built in the Lewis Estates district. These houses consist mainly of single-family detached dwellings mixed with a few two-story properties and split levels.


Rosenthal is the furthest west touching the edge of Winterburn Road and Secord. It is a ten-minute commute to all major shopping amenities, River Cree Casino Resort, West Edmonton Mall, and the Grange. Rosenthal features Craftsman, Tudor, Heritage, and Prairie-style houses.


Secord, by the Parkland Highway, is only a few minutes from Big Lake. Real estate here is architecturally uniformed with a mix of residential dwellings from starter properties to upscale luxury houses.


Stewart Greens Edmonton is located in the furthest portion of Lewis Estates bounded by Anthony Henday with a five-minute commute to West Edmonton Mall and River Cree Casino Resort. Builders in Stewart Greens include City Home Master and Kirkland.


Suder Greens houses will feature huge living room windows overlooking the golf course and when purchasing one of these don't forget to inquire about the extra glass insurance.


Webber Greens Edmonton is located near the Grange and most of these Lewis Estates homes for sale will be detached houses with double attached garages built between 2010 - 2016. Builders in Webber Greens include Canyon Springs, Reid Built, and Augusta Fine Homes.

Located just off of the Whitemud in the far west, Lewis Estates is bordered by Henday and 231 Street. Lewis Estates is close to Save-on-Foods, Dollarama, Misericordia Hospital, West Edmonton Mall, the River Cree Casino, all major banks, and the popular Lewis Estates golf course.


Lewis Estates communities include Breckenridge, Potter Greens, Rosenthal, Secord, Stewart Greens, Suder Greens, and Webber Greens. Lewis Estates homes for sale range from detached bungalow-style houses with double front garages to upper-scale properties to recently built houses, townhomes, and duplexes.
