Ermineskin real estate is located in a mature south Edmonton Centruy Park community. Single family Ermineskin properties feature good-sized bungalows and luxury houses situated on larger than average lots. Houses here offer buyers many price choices depending on how well the property have been kept. Ermineskin also has several low and high-rise condominiums plus convenient amenities such as the Southside Pentecostal Assembly Church, Shepherd's Care Foundation, Thrive, Physiotherapist, Covenant Health St. Joseph’s Auxiliary Hospital, and Century Park LRT. 

The Ermineskin neighbourhood was developed in the 1970s & 1980s characterized by a curvy street patterns, locted south of Steinhauer. The old Heritage Mall’s site, situated along 111th Street in Ermineskin is 17.4 hectares or 43 acres in size. During the mid 2000s, this area was transformed into a diverse urban village. Named “Century Park,” the redevelopment is meant to offer a mix of residential, office, and commercial spaces in a central park area that is linked to a new LRT or Light Rail Transit station.

Ermineskin has a variety of different structure types and densities consisting of of detached houses, duplexes, townhouses and high-rise and low-rise apartments. The Ermineskin community itself has three parks but no schools.
