About Central Edmonton  Properties

Central Edmonton real estate consists of mostly condominiums, war-time houses and infill properties. It is bordered by the North Saskatchewan River Valley and offer residents many scenic views. Real estate in Central Edmonton is divided into three main districts.

Alberta Avenue which was once a lower income demographic and one of the least expensive places to buy central Edmonton homes.
