Castle Downs Edmonton homes for sale are bordered by 127 Street to the west and Anthony Henday Drive to the north. On the east, by 97 Street and to the north of 153 Avenue and Castle Downs Road. Griesbach is east of Castle Downs Road. The Castle Downs Transit Centre underwent an overhaul, completed in July 2019, as part of a citywide $37.75 million transit center improvement project. Castle Downs Communities

Baranow is a popular community in Castle Downs which takes its name from a famous Baranow Castle built between 1591 and 1606, located in Poland, and was formerly the residence of Prince Lubomirski. It is near the Remax office, Islamic Academy, Canadian Superstore, and Lucky 97 make up the majority of this community.


Baturyn is a mature Castle Downs community about 15 minutes from CFB Garrison Military Base. Most Baturyn Castle Downs homes for sale were built prior to 1980, many owned by our Military Canadian Forces Members due to affordability and the close proximity to CFB Garrison. These Castle Downs properties offer several house choices when buying from smaller split levels, and bungalows to the middle class that make Baturyn a great place for affordable housing.


Beaumaris is one of Castle Downs's most beautiful communities best known for the large body of water surrounded by the walking trail. These properties for sale were constructed in the eighties and are larger bungalows and two-story-style houses with double attached garages. Beaumaris houses are about 15 minutes from CFB Edmonton Garrison, making this a great place to live for our DND military members.


Caernarvon, named after a Castle in Wales, is another one of Castle Downs most beautiful areas to live with mature landscapes, walking paths, and plenty of outdoor recreational amenities. Carlisle is one of the newest Castle Downs communities, located in the north. The most popular house style is the bungalow which can accommodate extra income through legal basement suite development. Lot sizes in Carlisle range from RPL to large pie-shaped backyards in the cul-de-sacs.


Dunluce has always been one of Castle Downs most popular places to live in the north and offers plenty of choices to live. A large portion of Dunluce properties is both rentals and owner-occupied row homes and single-family starter houses. It is named after a historic castle on the north coast of Ireland and is approximately 15 minutes north of the Edmonton Garrison, perfect for DND military members.


Lorelei, named after the Rhine in Germany, features a large recreation open space located around Lorelei's two elementary schools including Mary Butterworth. Lorelie real estate listings offer several bi-level, splits, and bungalow-style houses with good-sized backyards. The majority of these Castle Downs houses were constructed in the 1970s and 1980s and is with a ten-minute drive to CFB Garrison.
