Capilano Houses, Homes & Real Estate

Today several homes in Capilano have been replaced with newer modern infill houses. Originally Capilano houses were are bungalow style houses situated on Large lots with mature landscaping.Capilano is bounded by the North Saskatchewan River valley. To the west, the neighbourhood and overlooks Wayne Gretzky Drive. The southern boundary west of 50 follows a zig zag path running northeast until it reaches the Gold Bar Ravine.

Capilano Communities

Capilano is best known for Wayne Gretzky Drive which was originally called the Capilano Freeway in central east, south Edmonton. It is only a few minutes from Sherwood Park and it best known for its homeowner longivity.


Capilano Edmonton homes for sale are also one of the highest sought-after communities in Mill Creek, bounded by the green spaces of the river valley and Gold Bar Ravine.
