Belvedere Communities


Belvedere is a historic community located in Steele Heights with the majority of Belvedere properties being older bungalows with large lots. Several of these houses offer legal basement suites for residual income. It has a great walk score and is near to several amenities including Home Depot, Costco, Staples, and the Belvedere LRT Station.


Casselman is between Hollick Kenyon and York, best known for its massive parks and walking trails, and the River Valley Hermitage which is an awesome outdoor recreational spot all year round. Casselman homes for sale are a blend of single-family houses and condominiums with a mix of newer duplexes. It is also ten minutes north of the Canadian Armed Forces Base, known as the Steele Barracks.


Ebbers is a new community in Steele Heights north of the Yellowhead Trail bounded Manning Drive. Ebbers is a few minutes from the Canadian Armed Forces Base, CFB Garrison, and amenities. It is perfectly located between the Manning shopping district and the Clareview LRT in the northeast.
